The Tenant Placement Service is for landlords who need assistance finding the best qualified tenant but would like to manage the property and tenant themselves. This service includes:

• Free rental value assessment

• Marketing and advertising to attract credible tenants

• Flexible showing times to maximize your potential market

• Move-In condition inspection

• Security and pet deposit collection

• Collecting post-dated cheques

• Tenancy Agreement

• Tenant screening and selection (detailed application, credit check, employment and references)

• Tenant Placement — RATES

• 60% of the first month’s rent, plus tax. This is based on a 12-month fixed-term lease.
